OREANDA-NEWS. October 23, 2009. Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (PKN ORLEN) informed that it signed a spot agreement with Gunvor International B.V., Geneva Branch, for crude oil deliveries to the refinery of Public Company ORLEN Lietuva (previously – AB Mazeikiu Nafta). The estimated value of the agreement amounts to approximately USD 50 million, reported the press-centre of PKN ORLEN.

The total estimated value of agreements signed between PKN ORLEN and Gunvor International B.V. in the period between 29 July 2009 to 20 October 2009 amounts to approximately USD 557.9 million.

The agreement signed on 12 August 2009 is the largest transaction concluded between PKN ORLEN and Gunvor International B.V. during the said period amounting to approximately USD 53 million.
