Special attention was given to development of actions focused on improvement of energy efficiency of power and housing and maintenance sectors of Vorkuta. In particular in order to solve a problem of so called “left-off dwelling” it is proposed to increase the density of heat load and to raise the efficiency of buildings’ heating systems, also by active use of modern heat insulation materials. The project also implies the reconstruction of heat supply and pump stations, partial replacement of heating networks on the basis of advanced technologies.
The Program shall be implemented within 5 years. Under preliminary estimations 1321mln rubles are required to finance the project. In this case the annual effect from the project implementation will make about 22mln rubles.
