OREANDA-NEWS. October 22, 2009. Within the bounds of work on optimization of the heat business management structure Sergey Efimov, the Director of “Sverdlovsky” Branch of IES-Holding “Generation of the Urals” Division, was appointed a new manager of “STK” LLC. In order to improve management efficiency IES-Holding is forming a single management structure in the regions of production activity, including production, transportation of heat energy and sales to consumers.

Consolidation of IES-Holding’s heat assets administrations will improve heat networks operation and maintenance quality as well as heat supply reliability. Sverdlovsk Region “Generation of the Urals” Division incorporates heat networks and heat sale department of TGC-9, “Sverdlovsk Heat Supply Company”, LLC (“STK”) providing heat energy transfer in seven cities of the Region.

Concentration of heat business under the single management in Sverdlovsk Region will allow solving several engineer and economic objectives. For instance, to load CHPP’s in a more efficient way in accordance with the actual demands for electric and heat energy, to improve the hydraulic control of system water consumption, and to make the least-cost solutions for the energy company.

According to Sergey Efimov the priority objectives of the Director of “Sverdlovsk Heat Supply Company”, LLC, include “arrangement of the precise work on heating season start and solution of sensitive issues regarding the accumulated debit debts of consumers”.

Sergey Efimov was born in 1966. He graduated from the Ural Technical University by profession “Nuclear Power Plants and Units”. Since 1991 till 2006 he worked in Sverdlovsk heating networks, where he started as a foreman and achieved the position of a Deputy Manager on commercial issues. In 2006-2007 he was a Director of “TGC-9 “Sverdlovsk Heat Sale” Branch, since 2007 till June 2009 – Director of TGC-9 “Yekaterinburgsky” Branch, consolidating administration over three power plants and heating networks. Since July 2009 Sergey Efimov is a Director of TGC-9 “Sverdlovsky” Branch (a part of IES-Holding “Generation of the Urals” Division).
