OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2009. The round table on making changes and amendments to some Ukrainian laws on advertising in the sphere of financial services was held on October 15. The participants of the round table considered the Law of Ukraine “On Making Changes and Amendments to some Ukrainian laws on advertising in the sphere of financial services,” discussed the wording of the bill, and considered suggestions of the financial market participants.

The participants of the roundtable included representatives of the State Committee on Regulation of Markets of Financial Services of Ukraine, League of Insurance Companies of Ukraine, Ukrainian Insurance Federation, National Association of Non-Government Pension Funds, All-Ukrainian Association of Credit Unions, Union of Credit Unions Deposit Protection Program, lawyers and branch directors of the leading insurance companies of Ukraine, non-government pension funds, and credit unions, among others. Oranta was represented at the roundtable by Ms. Elena Pavlova, director of the Legal Department, and Mr. Segey Karpov, director of the Marketing Department.
