OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2009. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes summarized questioning on electronic services of the ministry.

The ministry informed that during the poll 3 questions were asked to respondents: "Do you use services of the Ministry of Taxes?", "Are you pleased with  by current electronic services?" "What additional electronic services do you offer?".

During the poll, 89% out of 851 questioned taxpayer-respondents answered to the first question that they used services of the ministry and 11% replied negatively to the question.

74% out of 1,085 respondents answered positively to the second question, that is, they were satisfied with electronic services of the ministry and 26% replied that they were not pleased with the services.

Respondents gave several interesting offers to the third question.

Questioned people offered to develop such electronic services, for example, conducting of correspondence between taxpayers and taxation bodies an electronic form, application of notification on calculation of current tax payments and so on.

Conducting of the poll aimed at study of relation of taxpayers to services, which are rendered to them in an electronic form.
