OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2009. OJSC Nordea Bank became one of the banks in the club deal to issue a loan to OJSC Gazprom Neft totaling 500 million US dollars. Besides, the Bank became of the Mandated Lead Arrangers of the deal, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.

The loan rate amounted to LIBOR+5% per annum.

The company plans to allocate the borrowed funds on general corporate purposes.
