OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2009. Kick-off meeting of PRAVEX-BANK took place in Kyiv. The meeting was dedicated to presentation of the Kyiv Retail Right-Bank Regional Center of PRAVEX-BANK, Kyiv Retail Left-Bank Regional Center of PRAVEX-BANK, SME Kyiv Right-Bank Regional Center of PRAVEX-BANK and SME Kyiv Left-Bank Regional Center of PRAVEX-BANK. Management of the Bank, chaired by Silvio Pedrazzi, Chairman of Supervisory Board of PRAVEX-BANK, as well as managers and employees of this region branches were present at the meeting, reported the press-centre of PRAVEX-BANK. 

These centers are responsible for work of PRAVEX-BANK branches located at the territory of Kyiv and Kyiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv and Zhytomyr regions of Ukraine. Kick-off meeting took place due to completion of reorganization process of PRAVEX-BANK branches network. The purpose of this reorganization is ensuring of the Bank's compliance with principles of Intesa Sanpaolo Group's international structure organization which are based on best practices and ensure considerable results in the countries where the Group is present.

"The main target of the reorganization and the establishment of the new Regional Centers is to provide Clients with a better, customized and more efficient level of services. This is the precondition in order to increase the market share and to restart lending activity", — gave comments Silvio Pedrazzi, Chairman of Supervisory Board.
