OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2009. The regular meeting of JSC FGC UES Board of Directors took place in the absent voting.

JSC FGC UES Board of Directors decided to approve property lease agreement being concluded between JSC FGC UES and JSC RusHydro. Under the terms and conditions of the agreement JSC FGC UES will take in lease the electric grid facility – 500 kV outdoor switchgear of RusHydro Sayano-Shushensky operational and technological hydropower complex. JSC FGC UES will hold a lease of 500 kV outdoor switchgear including immovable and movable assets located at: Cheremushki urban village, Sayanogorsk, Khakassia, Russia.

JSC FGC UES Board of Directors approved the redrafted Regulations on regulated purchase of goods, works, services for JSC FGC UES use.

Changes in Regulations had been formed with regard to:

new requirements of the Russian Federation laws related to purchases of the natural monopolies (the Federal Law “On audit activity” No.307-FZ dated December 30, 2008);

Resolutions taken by the Board of Directors on March 26, 2009 concerning optimization of purchase standards to tighten control in terms of the financial crisis;

experience gained from purchases and solution of the typical problem situations.

Major changes involved tightening up requirements to transparency and controllability of purchase procedures. Moreover, several model forms of purchase documentation were updated, Regulation improving document management was restructured and formatted.
