Deputies believe that exemption civil airfields from tax will be constraint from rise in prices on air transport.

By expert’s estimates if runway-2 is on the Tolmachevo Airport balance it will increase a property tax by 56 million rubles.

Owners will shift tax to the carriers and then to the cost of tickets. And we need to involve new flights in Tolmachevo Airport.
