OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2009. The Bank of Moscow and NAFTA INDUSTRIJA SRBIJE (NIS) have signed a credit agreement to the amount of USD100 mln with maturity of 2 years with an opportunity of prolongation for the period of 1 year.

The funds will be channeled for financing of the current activity of NIS. However, this increase of the credit will not provoke increase of the size of the credit portfolio of the company in relation to the beginning of 2009.

The Bank of Moscow (Belgrade), the Bank of Moscow’s subsidiary bank in Serbia, took part in the transaction.
