OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2009. According to the results of an annual research study conducted by the company „Metasite Business Solutions”, the Internet-bank e-NORVIK has climbed to the 2nd place in the list of the best Latvian Internet banks. Last year, e-NORVIK was rated the fourth best Latvian Internet bank in a similar research study, reported the press-centre of NORVIK BANKA.

Within the research survey, Internet banks were evaluated by more than 500 criteria, grouped in five main categories: functionality, clarity, convenience, mobile banking and customer service responsiveness.

It should be noted that in the category - customer service responsiveness – NORVIK BANKA received the highest evaluation among Latvian banks, which once again confirms our employees’ professionalism.

The research study covered 39 banks in the Baltics: 17 in Latvia, 12 in Lithuania and 10 in Estonia.
