OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2009. The name of UAB „Invalda turto valdymas“ managing pension and investment funds as well as portfolios of individual investments was changed into UAB „Finasta Asset Management“, reported the press-centre of Bank SNORAS.

The name was changed after AB Bank SNORAS group purchased from AB “Invalda” AB „Finasta imoniu finansai”, managing AB Bank „Finasta”, as well as asset management companies AB FMI „Finasta”, „Invalda turto valdymas” and „Invalda Asset Management Latvia”.

Provisions of UAB „Invalda turto valdymas“ agreements which were concluded with the clients and partners before the change of the company‘s name will not be changed and will remain in force.

After the approval from Securities Commission is received the names of pension and investment funds managed by the company will be also changed.

About UAB „Invalda turto valdymas“
The activity of UAB „Finasta Asset Management“, which was established in 2003, includes pension and investment funds management as well as portfolios of individual investments management. The company manages ten investment funds and eight pension funds, as well as more than eighty portfolios of individual clients. Total assets managed by the company exceeds LTL 12 million, the number of clients – 56 000.
