OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2009. PrivatBank and I-BOX terminal network announced launching of a new service. Starting from 30 September 2009, it’s possible to perform money transfers via LiqPAY in more than 5,600 I-BOX terminals all over Ukraine.

LiqPAY system allows to transfer money throughout the world immediately. For this purpose a user needs only a mobile phone the number of which is “linked” to the user’s account in LiqPAY. New service makes it possible to pay money to a LiqPAY account through the I-BOX payment terminal network.

Today, the country’s largest I-BOX terminal network includes more than 5,600 slot machines in shopping centers and mobile shops in Ukrainian cities and towns.

In order to replenish the LiqPAY account through an I-BOX terminal a user should state his mobile phone number (which also serves as recipient’s account) and insert payment sum. Allowable amount of transfer varies from UAH1,0 up to USD2,500 and is paid in hryvnias by current exchange rate. After a transmitter completes the operation, the receiver gets a SMS message-confirmation of his LiqPAY account’s replenishment. The transfer is also confirmed by the slot machine's check with the information about the money transfer’s accomplishment. The commission for the service comprises 2 per cent of the transmitted sum. 

As you can see payments via LiqPAY system through I-BOX terminals are rather simple and easy even for novice users.
