OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2009. Financial Corporation URALSIB announces the decisions within the framework of incorporation procedure of OJSC “URALSUIB-YUG BANK” to OJSC “URALSIB”.

The meeting of the Supervisory Board of OJSC “URALSUIB-YUG BANK” held on October 12, 2009 has decided to call the EGM on December 11, 2009.

The EGM agenda includes the issue on OJSC “URALSUIB-YUG BANK” incorporation to OJSC “URALSIB”. At present the share of OJSC “Financial Corporation URALSIB” in the authorized capital of OJSC “URALSUIB-YUG BANK” amounts to 90.95%. The Bank is consolidated only in the financial statements of OJSC “Financial Corporation URALSIB” under IFRS.

The record date is October 30, 2009.

All corporate actions within the incorporation procedure might be completed in IIIQ2010.
