OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2009. Financial Corporation URALSIB announces the decisions within the framework of incorporation procedure of OJSC “Stroyvestbank” to OJSC “URALSIB”.

The meeting of the Supervisory Board of OJSC “Stroyvestbank” held on October 12, 2009 has decided to call the EGM on December 8, 2009.

The EGM agenda includes the issue on OJSC “Stroyvestbank” incorporation to OJSC “URALSIB”. At present the share of OJSC “URALSIB” in the authorized capital of OJSC “Stroyvestbank” amounts to 86.77%. The Bank is consolidated in the financial statements of OJSC “URALSIB” under IFRS.

The record date is November 2, 2009.

All corporate actions within the incorporation procedure might be completed in IIIQ2010.
