OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2009. The General Shareholders' Meeting of MEGABANK, PJSC has approved a decision about the results and the report about closed (private) placement of shares of MEGABANK, PJSC, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

The aggregate nominal value of actually placed shares was UAH 150 million.

Also at the meeting the decision about amendments to the Charter of MEGABANK, PJSC was taken by setting forth the Charter in a new version.
