OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2009. Kick-off meeting of PRAVEX-BANK took place on October 14, 2009 in Dnipropetrovsk. The meeting was dedicated to presentation of the East Retail Regional Center of PRAVEX-BANK and SME East Regional Center of PRAVEX-BANK. Management of the Bank, chaired by Silvio Pedrazzi, Chairman of Supervisory Board of PRAVEX-BANK, as well as heads and employees of this region branches were present at the meeting, reported the press-centre of PRAVEX-BANK.

These centers are responsible for work of PRAVEX-BANK branches located at the territory of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Zaporizhia regions of Ukraine.

East Retail Regional Center of PRAVEX-BANK and SME East Regional Center of PRAVEX-BANK are located at the address: 18, Artema St., Dnipropetrovs'k.

Kick-off meeting took place due to completion of reorganization process of PRAVEX-BANK branches network. The purpose of this reorganization is ensuring of the Bank's compliance with principles of Intesa Sanpaolo Group's international structure organization which are based on best practices and ensure considerable results in the countries where the Group is present.

"The reorganization and the establishment of the new Regional Centers are the pre conditions to restart the lending activity. And now we are ready to restart",  -  gave comments Silvio Pedrazzi, Chairman of Supervisory Board.
