OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2009. ROSNO’s Western Siberian branch has concluded an insurance contract covering cottage property owned by a private individual, for the total insurance amount of 33,210,000 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.       

The contract provides insurance coverage of a cottage house with total space of 661 sq. m., located in the township Tarmany, the Tyumen Region. The cottage house has been protected under the comprehensive cottage insurance program Citadel with full coverage.

The insurance contract contemplates protection of structural elements, plumbing systems and house furnishing against the following risks: fire, explosion, lightning stroke, unlawful third-party actions, burglary; flood, natural disasters, aircraft impact, collision with transport vehicles, glass breakage, and damage by extraneous objects. Among additional risks, the contract covers the costs of cleaning up the insured area from the effects of the insured accident, costs of rescuing the insured property, and costs of its relocation and protection.
