OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2009. The famous American GLOBAL FINANCE journal has recognized "Converse Bank" CJSC as "Armenia's Best Bank of 2009 in Foreign Currency Exchange" during the last four years on, reported the press-centre of Converse Bank.

The award-giving ceremony took place in Istanbul. The editor in chief, Mr. Joseph D. Giarraputo himself handed the prize to Tigran Davtyan, Acting Executive Director of "Converse Bank".  

It should be noted that, in addition to "Converse Bank", within the whole region only one of the big banks of Georgia was awarded in this category as well. Incidentally, it is already the 6th time that "Converse Bank" CJSC has been recognized by CLOBAL FINANCE as Armenia's best bank in different categories.

It should be noted, that on the basis of subjective and objective factors the editorial and analytical group of the American GLOBAL FINANCE studies and elects agents from the countries in the given region, which perform foreign currency trading. Moreover, election criteria include transaction volumes, market position, service quality, competitive prices and availability of new technologies.
