OREANDA-NEWS. October 16, 2009. The Uralkali Board of Directors held a meeting on October 7, 2009 where the decision was taken to restructure the Board committees and change their composition in order to increase their efficiency.

The composition of the Board committees was determined as follows:

Audit Committee: Hans Jochum Horn (Head of the Audit Committee), Andrei Konogorov, Kuzma Marchuk, Ilya Yuzhanov.

Employee and Remuneration Committee: Andrei Konogorov (Head of the Employee and Remuneration Committee), Kuzma Marchuk, Vladimir Ruga, Dmitry Rybolovlev.

Investment and Development Committee: Kuzma Marchuk (Head of the Investment and Development Committee), Mikhail Antonov, Vladislav Baumgertner, Yuri Gavrilov, Andrei Konogorov.
