OREANDA-NEWS. October 16, 2009. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized to pay interest on the third coupon of Series 08 bonds issued by Uralsviazinform OJSC, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 9.6% per annum, or 47 rubles 87 kopecks per bond. In all, 95,740,000 rubles 00 kopecks was paid in coupon interest.

Uralsviazinform OJSC floated its five-year Series 08 bond issue on April 9, 2008 to raise 2 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank acted as managing underwriter of the issue.

Uralsviazinform OJSC also has Series 06 and Series 07 bond issues in circulation now.
