OREANDA-NEWS. October 15, 2009. The branch of Ingosstrakh IJSC in Tula signed a contract of insurance of the future winter wheat crop on the total area of 2000 hectares with the Farm of S.A. Fokin, located in Kimovsky district of Tula. The insured amount is RUB 13.8 mln.

The agricultural crop is insured against loss or partial loss resulting from the impact of acts of nature hazardous for the agriculture, as well as from fire and illegal acts of third parties.

The farm has been successfully raising crop since 2007. For three years it has been cooperating with Ingosstrakh IJSC. Over this period the enterprise insured agricultural produce, grain stocks and vehicles.

Commenting on the signing of the insurance contract Mr. Fokin, Head of the Farm, noted that the choice of Ingosstrakh as an insurance partner was to a large extent motivated by the reliability of the company, favorable insurance conditions and the positive  experience of work with the insurance company and the top professionalism demonstrated by the branch’s personnel.
