Belarus Lifts Antidumping Duty against Ukrainian Caramel

The producers have undertaken to supply caramel at prices at or exceeding normal prices and produce an invoice correspondent to price commitments and ST-1 origin certificate.
Should the producers fail to meet price commitments, antidumping duties will be restored starting the day following the withdrawal of price obligations.
Restrictions were launched in August 2008 on the grounds of the study initiated by the state food concern Belgospischeprom on December 28, 2006.
