OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2009. SENIM-BANK (Almaty oblast), listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE, reported the press-centre of KASE:

In accordance with the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the bank dated September 15, 2009 Andrey Karbovskiy, Nurtaza Baytenov (independent director) and Lidia Chernoknizhnaya (independent director) were ousted from the Board of Directors.

Murat Mirzaliaev was elected as independent director of the bank.

Elena Tashenova was appointed as a Chairman of the management board by the decision of the Board of Directors dated September 16, 2009.

Andrey Karbovskiy ended to exercise authorities of Chairman of the management board.

Andrey Karbovskiy was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the management board.
