OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2009. INDEXBANK started the accreditation of the evaluation companies in order to determine cooperators for evaluation of the corporate clients’ property offered as collateral to the Bank, reported the press-centre of INDEXBANK.

In order to pass the accreditation, a report on the property evaluation in one of the following directions is required:

Evaluation of the immovable  objects (immovable property, real estate), including expert price appraisal of land plots

Evaluation of machines and equipment

Evaluation of transport vehicles

Evaluation of movable objects, except for the machines, equipment, vehicles, airplanes, boats and those that represent cultural value

Evaluation of the complete property complexes, shares, securities, property rights and non-material assets, except for the property rights for the objects of intellectual property.
