George Cardona, a member of the Board of Directors of OJSC EuroChem Mineral and Chemical Co (Moscow, Russia), has got a seat on the Supervisory Board of K+S Aktiengesellschaft (Kassel, Germany), one of the world's leading suppliers of speciality and standard fertilizers, plant care as well as salt products.

Mr. Cardona has obtained this seat because EuroChem, together with its holding company, has in excess of 15% of K+S. This is believed to be the biggest private Russian investment in Germany.
