OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2009. Dmitry Bugaenko, Veles Capital’s managing partner, was rated amongst 2009 TOP-1000 Russian most professional managers. The rating was published by Russian Managers Association and Kommersant publishers. Dmitry Bugaenko was rated amongst TOP-30 managers of financial sector.

“TOP-1000 Russian managers” is the annual rating of the most professional managers, leaders of certain fields in the past year. The rating is based on the “best choose the best” principle – leaders of the previous year choose the best managers during expert interview. The experts estimate the professional reputation of the certain candidate.
