OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2009. According to MotorSich < MSICH UZ BUY > CEO Mr. V.Boguslaev announcement the Company plans to establish the joint venture which will produce МС-5В engines for light helicopter in Kazan. Ukrainian side will produce about 85% of this output.

We see this news as POSITIVE. As we wrote before, manufacture in Russia allows the Company to get local producer status and as a result tax preferences. We also want to remind that the management of the Company has signed an agreement with Saratov Region authorities about the establishing of the creating joint venture on power machine manufacturing in October 2009.
