OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2009. M2M Telematica, the biggest provider of GLONASS/GPS navigation and positioning technologies, purchased control stock of Transnavigatsiya- leading manufacturer of modent data systema for ground transport.

Both companies decided to unite their assets to run consolidated policy and joint activities aimed at distribution of the GLONASS/GPS- based equipment.

The deal marks a success milestone on the way to conolidate GLONASS transport telematics industry and commercialization of the GLONASS technologies in corporate, municipal and user markets.
