OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2009. It was informed earlier the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on July 31, 2009 listed preferred shares KZ1P54620110 of SAT & Company (Almaty) on KASE in the first category, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The decision is effective October 8, 2009 as the issuer paid corresponding listing fees.

An additional note will be issued to inform on opening of trade in the shares.

The registrar of SAT & Company is Registratorskaya sistema tsennykh bumag (Almaty).

The KASE Board decided on August 3, 2009 to assign the shares with a contracted designation (trade code) SATCp.
