OREANDA-NEWS On 09 October was announced, that Yekaterinburgskaya Grid Company covered the 5th coupon on the second issue of the bonds released in the volume of RUR 1bln. RUR 436.671ths were transferred to the investors.

The second series was palced in 2007 (1 mln bonds of 1ths rub. par and 5 years in maturity). The offer should be set out in Apr. 2010.

The Company provides the energy supply to the Ekaterinburg residents and is ranked as the third among other electric network entities in Moscow and St.Pb. It includes 63 substations, 1605 transformators, 1137 km of lines.

The share capital is worth 1.08bn rub. The major holders involve Sverdlovenergo - 91.04%, Ekaterinburgskie Municipal Electric Networks - 8.96%.
