Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ("ENRC" or "the Group") is announcing Independent director Michael Egglton ended his authorities as he had been appointed a Chief Executive Director of Eurasian Bank.

Chairman Dr Johhannes Sittard commented on behalf of the Board of Directors: "Michael had been working in the Group since the IPO. We express gratitude for his immense contribution to operation of the Board during the last two years and wish him success in the future".
