AmCham is pleased to inform you, that the El Group Consulting Company is announcing commencement of the next Salary and Remuneration Market Survey in Bishkek and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for the 2nd half of 2009 and is inviting all interested companies and organizations to participate in the survey representing: Food Industry; Financial Sector; Wholesale and Retail Trade; Hotels and Restaurants; Telecommunications sector; Heavy industry and mining; International organizations.

The purpose of this Project is to present the most objective information and familiarize you with the existing situation on the salary and remuneration market, as well as to show the changes occurring within the labor market.

The survey results will be of interest to managers of companies, managers of personnel management departments and financial departments in preparing compensation budgets, building effective financial and non-financial incentive systems and optimizing personnel costs.
