OREANDA-NEWS. October 8, 2009. FGU Kaliningrad Seaport Administration has approved the access permit rules into the Russian part of Kaliningrad (Vistula) Bay for the foreign vessels proceeding ex or to the ports of the Republic of Poland. The according document is issued in FGU site.


The aforementioned rules define the procedure of obtaining the access permit for the vessels under a foreign state flag (except for the vessels under the flag of Poland) crossing the Russian part of Kaliningrad (Vistula) Bay proceeding ex or to the ports of the Republic of Poland. It is necessary to remind that the agreement on shipping in Kaliningrad (Vistula) Bay between the RF Government and the Government of the Republic of Poland was signed in Sopota on September 1, 2009 with Vladimir Putin, RF Prime-Minister, and Donald Tuska, Chairman of Council of Ministers, present.
