OREANDA-NEWS On 08 October was announced, that Remix Group sold its share in Komi Energy Sale Company to drive it to zero from 11.94%. Komi Energy Sale Company was registered in 2006 within the restructuring of Komienergo.

The share capital is worth 46.031mln rub. split in 4581128852 common and 22mln preferred stocks of 0.01 rub. par.

The 2008-net profit (RAS) declined 3.4 fold to 23.006mln rub. from 78.085mln rub. prior year; revenues being up 16.7% to 10.321bn rub. from 8.846bn rub.; gross profit - 32.3% to 4.468bn rub. from 3.378bn rub.; profit from sales moved down 5.2 fold to 31.022mln rub. from 160.036mln rub.; pretax losses - 1.6 fold to 48.534mln rub. from 78.141mln rub.
