OREANDA-NEWS On 08 October was announced, that certificate of preparedness of Krasnoyarsk Thermal Power Generation Plant No.2, a branch of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC -13)”, to work in the autumn and winter had signed.

From 28 September to 2 October a Committee for check of preoparation of the station to work in the autumn and winter of 2009-2010 worked at Kranoyarsk HPGP-2. The Committee made an overall check of preparation of the main and additional equipment to set loadings and made the decision: the branch of Kranoyarsk HPGP-2 of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” has the right to receive the Preparation Certificate.

The check of preparation of the energy companies to work in the autumn and winter is made annually in all energy enterprises of the country. This year the committees are working even harder, evaluating the technical preparation of the equipment, training of the personnel, equipment of emergency teams and presence of reserve fuel and repair materials.

The interagency committee that worked at Krasnoyarsk TPGP-2 included the representatives of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” and supervisory and control authorities – Yenisei Interregional Local Administration of Rostekhnadzor (Russian Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision) and Krasnoyarsk District Dispatch Administration, a branch of JSC UES System Operator. On the basis of the work, the committee signed the Certificate of check of preparedness of Krasnoyarsk TPGP-2 to work in the autumn and winter of 2009-2010.

The specialists of the interagency committee checked presence of necessary licence documents, preparation of the equipment for work in the periods of peak loadings, equipment of workplaces, professional level of employees and their readiness to respond to emergency situations.

The committee fixed that all main and additional conditions of preparation for work in the autumn and winter were made by the enterprise. There are no negative remarks concerning the equipment. At the present moment all capital and average repairs of the main equipment at the TPGP are completed. Under the summer repair campaign workers made major repairs of the boiler unit at station No.5, turbine unit at station No.2 and replaced a part of the jet steam line of boiler unit at station No.5

Krasnoyarsk TPGP-2 became the first of the branches of energy company that received the Preparation Certificate. Till the end of October, all branches of Yenisei TGC are going to receive these certificates that prove their preparation for all activities necessary for support of a reliable energy supply of consumers in the winter.

The final stage of the overall check of preparation of the company for winter loadings will be work of the Central committee formed by the Ministry of Energy Industry of the Russian Federation. It will include the representatives of Russian Ministry of Energy Industry, Rostekhnadzor, System Opeartor, civil defence, emergency and industrial safety authorities of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. It is be the Central Committee that will make decisions about preparation of the company and its production branches to work in the autumn and winter period.
