OREANDA-NEWS. October 07, 2009. Eximbank Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE that on  November 2, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. starts its shareholders special general meeting, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The agenda issue is conclusion of a deal with Central-Asian power and energy company and MacCentre Kazakhstan.

The meeting will be held at: Almaty, 80, Bogenbai batyr Str. Participants will be registered from 11:30 a.m.

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting was developed as of October 2, 2009.

In case of the quorum absence the repeated meeting will be held on November 3, 2009 at the same time and address.
