This suspension was made in compliance with sub-item 3) of item 1 of article 33 of the KASE internal document "Listing Rules" based on Subsidiary of joint stock company BTA Bank BTA Ipoteka letter of October 2, 2009 # 14-12/6078 on suspension by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of license force of Subsidiary of joint stock company BTA Bank BTA Ipoteka for banking transactions execution in the national and foreign currencies for three months.
