OREANDA-NEWS. October 07, 2009. The joint-stock company “Latvijas Krajbanka” informed, that the purchase-sale transaction of the AS IBS “Renesource Capital” shares, reg.no. 40003415571, has ended , and AS “Latvijas Krajbanka” became the holder of 553 216 or 100% shares of the investment broker company AS IBS “Renesource Capital”, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

Changes in the composition of AS IBS “Renesource Capital” Council and Board have been made. The new company Council was elected for three years in the following composition: chairman of the Council Igors Kabaskins, deputy chairman of the Council Deniss Novikovs, the Council members Martins Priede and Deniss Makedonskis. Vadims Telicens and Normunds Novickis will be the Board members of the company.

Latvijas Krajbanka provides different financial services both for private persons and legal entities, and it has the widest client service centre network in Latvia. With the acquisition of the investment broker company Latvijas Krajbanka will continue to implement its strategy, envisaging provision of full range of financial services.
