OREANDA-NEWS. October 07, 2009. ROSNO’s North-Western Directorate has concluded a property title insurance contract with CJSC Breeding Farm Rabititsy. The four insured land plots with the total area of 1,806,598 sq. m. are located in St. Petersburg Region. ROSNO’s liability limit under this contract is 66,661,000 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The contract covers the risk of the borrower losing the insured land plots due to termination of ownership title thereto by virtue of a legally consummated court resolution. Under this contract, the lending bank acts as beneficiary.

The contract will be valid for 1 year.
