OREANDA-NEWS On 06 October was announced, that E4 Group and Danfoss had the working meeting on technical cooperation.

The sides considered the innovations in the heat transfer to the utilities. Ridan and Danfoss will become the component suppliers.

E4 Group is the largest engineering company in Russia. It involves 13 holdings and above 50 entities in 27 regions. It provides complex works, energy audit, designing, feasibility study development, assembling and launching of the eqipment.The founders involves NPO TSKTI (46% ), AF TSEM (18%), EFESK (18%) and IES (18%).

The share capital is worth 490mln rub. split in 490mln common stocks of 1 rub. par. Eforg Asset Management Ltd. is a sole holder.

The 2007-revenues reached 27.303bn rub.; profit - 1.728bn rub.; orders portfolio- above 100bn rub.
