OREANDA-NEWS. October 6, 2009. This is to inform you that the Limited Liability Company “Commercial Bank “Delta” has been reorganized into the Public Joint Stock Company “Delta Bank”.

On the October the 1st, 2009 record was made into State Bank’s Registrar and a new version of Charter was registered.

Attention should be drawn to the fact that according to art. 26 of Law of Ukraine on Banks and Banking the reorganization of a banking institution, which is being realized by the way of change, consists in change of form of incorporation without application of the law regulating the dissolution of a legal entity, therefore the Public Joint Stock Company “Delta Bank” becomes the cessionary of all the property, rights and obligations of the Limited Liability Company “Commercial Bank “Delta”.

The Public Joint Stock Company “Delta Bank” informs that it assumes all the obligations, that arise from and exist on bases of concluded agreements by the Limited Liability Company “Commercial Bank “Delta”. Those agreements shall not be reconcluded or amended, following the change of institution’s form of incorporation and its name.
