Board of Directors meeting of JSC Tolmachevo Airport was under the chairmanship of the head of Federal Transport Air Agency Gennady Kurzenkov.

General Director’s Of JSC Tolmachevo Airport Account about result from company’s activity over 9 months of this year and about balances of the work as a General Director was heard.

Board of Director’s members approved of changes in Company’s budget at 2009 and passed a business planning Regulation. Targeted rates for Company’s budget 2010 were also approved in the Board of Director.

Decision about new version of corporate documents developing was made.
