September saw 2 ratings assigned by Credit-Rating, 5 ratings have been upgraded, 9 ratings have been downgraded, outlooks on 22 ratings have been revised, 18 ratings have been suspended, 427 ratings have been withdrawn. In September the agency assigned an insurer strength rating for the first time.

September 17 European Insurance Alliance CJSC (Kyiv): the insurer strength rating of uaАins has been assigned to the company.

September 23 VVS-LTD LLC (Kyiv): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered coupon bonds (series A and series B) for the total amount of UAH200m due Sep. 9, 2012 and Sep. 11, 2011 has been affirmed at uaBBB. The outlook on the rating is negative.

September 24 Alyans-Zhylstroy LLC (Odessa): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered housing bonds (series A) for the amount of UAH119.3m with 5-year original maturity has been downgraded to uaBB from uaBBB. September 30 PROMIN NIK LLC (Kyiv): the long-term credit rating of uaCC has been assigned to company’s upcoming bond issue (series A-C) for the amount of UAH250m due Oct. 13, 2014. The outlook on the rating is stable.
