OREANDA-NEWS On 05 October was announced, that the controlling shareholders of NF Holdings B.V., which owns a controlling interest in JSC Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant (CZP), closed the transaction for the sale of 100% of NF Holdings B.V. The purchasers under the transaction are a consortium of independent investors, including two major non-ferrous metals producer groups: UMMC (Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company) and RMC (Russian Copper Company).
