OREANDA-NEWS. On October 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Almaty time at Hyatt Regency Almaty Hotel with support of KASE will be held the presentation of results of Standard & Poor's Corporate Management Ratings Service implemented research of transparency and information disclosure of 30 largest companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Companies' transparency research is Standard & Poor's analytical product. The research relates to the information openness level, assessed based on only public information sources - the annual report, Internet site and reporting, submitted to the regulating bodies. During the research is defined the corporate transparency average level of the largest Kazakhstan companies, which is compared with the maximum level desirable for an international investor.

In the Republic of Kazakhstan this research was implemented for the first time.
