OREANDA-NEWS. October 05, 2009. LLS “BTA Bank” considers it necessary to give explanations in respect to messages from mass media about investigative actions being held in offices of BTA Bank. Indeed, investigative actions were held in the first half of the day on September 29, 2009 in three offices of the Bank not directly related to operations and service of customers, reported the press-centre of LLS “BTA Bank”.

There were no and are no changes in the every-day operation of branch offices and customer services of the Bank. The operation continues as usual.

Investigative actions were held with regards to one of customers of the Bank on the basis of the documents impoundment order presented.
