OREANDA-NEWS. October 05, 2009. The HR Department of Aeroflot Russian Airlines JSC has won the "Russia's Best HR Service 2009" contest. This has been announced by the expert committee consulted by specialists from the Russian Federation Council , the State Duma,  specialized Ministries and Departments, the Academy of Labour and Social Relations, and Plekhanov's Russian Academy, which have significant expertise in HR managemet both in Russia and abroad. The winner has been chosen based on the expert opinion and analitic data, reported the press-centre of Aeroflot.

According to the experts, Aeroflot's HR Department is characterized by high professionalism of both administration and staff, good understanding of the company's strategy, deep insight into HR objectives and goals, high-quality performance of its key functions - recruiting and training of a company's personnel reserve, its evaluation and assessment, training and professional growth, remuneration and motivation, efficient employment of labour force, social welfare, career and qualification building, implementation of best practices and automated staff management systems.
