OREANDA-NEWS. October 05, 2009. ROSNO’s North-Western Directorate has paid two private individuals an aggregate insurance compensation of 2,949,932 roubles under MOD insurance contracts for the stolen vehicles Nissan Patrol and Lexus RX400H, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The vehicle Nissan Patrol, manufactured in 2007, was stolen in the night from the parking lot located near the client’s house in Primorsky district of St. Petersburg. The vehicle had been insured with ROSNO under the program KASKO-Skazka (Magic MOD) against damage, fire, and theft. The company’s insurance compensation to the owner equalled 1,076,425 roubles.

The vehicle Lexus RX400H, manufactured in 2008, was stolen in the evening from the parking lot located near the client’s house in Nevsky district of St. Petersburg. The vehicle had been insured with ROSNO against damage, fire, and theft. ROSNO paid the client 1,873,507 roubles.

Criminal investigation of these cases is under way, and search procedures have been initiated.
