OREANDA-NEWS. October 1, 2009. The press-conference of Raiffeisen Aval Asset Management has been held in a course of which the Company’s plans for development were announced and the estimation of perspectives of capital management market in Ukraine was discussed.

The participants of the press-conference: Volodymyr Lavrenchuk, Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval; Gerhard Boesch, Chairman of Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Aval Asset Management; Vadym Mosiychuk, the CEO of Raiffeisen Aval Asset Management.

Vadym Mosiychuk presented the Company’s future plans and also the new products proposed by the Company: mutual fund with conservative investment strategy, Raiffeisen Money Market Fund and the service “Individual Investment Solutions” which is the packaged solution of discretionary portfolio management for wealthy private individuals.

 “The strategy of Raiffeisen Aval Asset Management development engages opening of broad line of investment funds for selected clients’ segments”, — comments Vadym Mosiychuk. — We suppose that in the nearest future we will not see a boom at the market of mutual funds, but, nevertheless we can observe some stabilization already. As the stage of recession and recovery of economic activity couldn’t entail long-term investment horizon, the first fund we decided to launch is the conservative fund.

Another priority for Raiffeisen Aval Asset Management activity is the development of discretionary portfolio management for private clients — “Individual Investment Solutions”. This service means establishment of investment fund for a private individual or his/her family and the activity of such fund will be directed towards execution of investor’s personal goals in the area of personal assets.

 “There is limited number of instruments proposed at the market for Ukrainian private investors so they could invest their own capital in the most efficient way”, — added Vadym Mosiychuk. — With the launch of “Individual Investment Solutions” from Raiffeisen Aval Asset Management the range of investment opportunities will increase significantly.
